Prospects

The "Prospects" screen contains your prospect database and the tools to fill it. There, you search for people on LinkedIn, import them, have them evaluated against your Targets and open their record. The screen has four tabs: "My database", "Search", "Queues" and "History".

My database

"My database" lists all your prospects. The table shows the columns "Name", "Role", "Company", "Degree", "Status", "Campaign", "Score", "Last activity" and "Added".

To find a prospect, type a name, a company or a role in the "Search a name, a company, a role…" field.

To see a prospect without leaving the list, click its row. The "Prospect preview" panel opens. Click "Open profile" to see the full record.

Choose a Target

The "Target" selector at the top of the list changes what you see:

  • the list is limited to this Target's folder, that is, to the prospects filed in this Target;
  • the "Score" column shows each prospect's score against this Target, out of 10;
  • the "Fit" and "Min score" filters become available.

"New Target" creates a draft Target, with a default threshold of 6 out of 10. You complete it afterwards on the "Targets" screen. See Targets and qualification.

Filters, views and states

Filters

Click "Add a filter" and choose:

  • "Role": part of the job title. Several roles combine with "or" (for example "CTO" or "VP Engineering").
  • "Country".
  • "Degree": 1st, 2nd, 3rd degree or out of network.
  • "Status (Fit / Off target)": requires a chosen Target.
  • "Min score": requires a chosen Target.
  • "State (prospect / targeted / qualified)".

The "Added" filter limits the list to recently added prospects. "Sort" orders by "Name" or by "Recently added".

Views

A view is a set of filters saved under a name. It filters your database. It does not run a search on LinkedIn.

  1. Set your filters.
  2. In the "View" menu, click "Save current view".
  3. Enter a name, for example "CTO SaaS FR", then click "Save".

You can rename or delete a view from the same menu.

Prospect states

The "States" bar counts the prospects in the current filter:

StateMeaning
"Prospect"In the database, matches no Target for now.
"Targeted"Matches at least one Target.
"Qualified"Matches a Target, and their LinkedIn profile has been fetched.
"Not evaluated yet"Never evaluated against a Target. This is not a rejection: nobody has measured it yet.
"Scoring failed"At least one evaluation did not succeed. Select these prospects and run the evaluation again.

The "Evaluate the …" button evaluates all the prospects not yet evaluated against the chosen Target. The cost is shown on the button before you start. If the number exceeds your daily cap, the rest enters a queue and goes out on the following days.

The "… evaluations today" counter shows where you stand against your daily cap.

Disposition and evaluation: two different things

  • Evaluate ("Score" button): the platform scores the prospect against a Target. This costs 2 credits per prospect and per Target.
  • Disposition: you file the prospect yourself with "Qualify", "Disqualify" or "On hold". This is free. The badge shows "Verdict: Qualified", "Verdict: Disqualified" or "Verdict: On hold".

A prospect you mark "Disqualify" leaves all campaigns. Your "Disqualified" disposition always takes precedence over the calculated score.

Archived prospects

Archiving hides a prospect from the database. It can be undone. Check "Show archived" to see them, then "Restore" to bring one back.

Act on a selection

  1. Check the prospects, or click "Select all" to take the whole filter.
  2. The action bar shows the number selected and the available actions:
ActionEffectCost
"Score"Evaluates the selection against a Target.2 credits per prospect, shown on the button
"Full profile"Fetches the detailed LinkedIn profile. Can also start the profile analysis.Fetching costs no credits. It counts against the daily profile-read budget. The cost of the analysis is shown on the button.
"Folder"Adds the selection to a Target's folder or removes it.Free
"Move to…"Moves the selection from one folder to another.Free
"Disposition""Qualify", "Disqualify" or "On hold".Free
"Archive"Hides the selection from the database. Can be undone.Free

Some actions are not available with "Select all". The screen says so. Uncheck to go back to a manual selection.

"Clear the selection" unchecks everything.

Search: find prospects on LinkedIn

The "Search" tab queries LinkedIn through your connected account. Without an active LinkedIn account, no search can go out.

Three modes

  • "Manual search": you fill in the filters.
  • "Paste a LinkedIn URL": you paste the address of a LinkedIn search page. The platform replays it as is.
  • "AI agent": you describe your request in natural language. The agent translates it into the same filters as the manual search. You can adjust the filters or switch to manual at any time. It is the same assistant as the "Search" tab of the assistant. It can also save the search, create the Target and arm Autopilot. The approval cards (for example to arm Autopilot) also appear in this panel.

People or companies

Choose "People" or "Companies". You cannot contact a company: from a company result, click "Search decision-makers" and choose a typical profile (for example "CIO / IT Director" or "CTO / Technical Director").

Classic or Sales Navigator

The "Search API" choice offers "Classic" and "Sales Navigator". Sales Navigator is only offered if your account has it. If the platform does not see it, refresh your account in "My profile", "Social networks" section, "My LinkedIn account" block, "Refresh" button.

If the Sales Navigator session has expired, the screen shows "Sales Navigator session expired". No credit is used. Reconnect LinkedIn, or click "Search in Classic".

  1. Fill in at least one filter: "Keywords", "Location", "Industry", "Company", "Connection degree" (people only).
  2. Open "Advanced filters" if needed: "Job title", "First name", "Last name", "Profile language", "Company size" (companies only).
  3. Click "Search".
  4. The header shows the number of people "found" and the number "shown". Click "Load more" to show more rows.

With a standard account, LinkedIn returns nothing beyond three job titles separated by "or". The job title and the keywords are combined with "and".

What a search costs

A search costs no credits. It uses the LinkedIn account's "search lines": 1,000 per day with a standard account, 2,500 with Sales Navigator. This budget is shared with Autopilot. When it runs out, the screen shows "Daily LinkedIn search limit reached". Searches resume the next day at 2 a.m. (Paris time).

Click "Save search", enter a name, then "Save". A saved search can be run again from the "History" tab. Autopilot needs a saved people search. See Autopilot.

A Target that runs dry

When most of the loaded profiles are already in your database, the screen shows "Your Target is running dry". When all of them are, it shows "This Target returns no new profile any more". Widen the search: fewer filters, more locations or industries.

Available

Importing copies the results already found into "My database". It costs no credits and does not call LinkedIn.

  1. Check rows and click "Import selection", or choose "Import up to N" to import beyond the page shown.
  2. Choose the destination: "My base", or "My base + Target: …" to also file the prospects in a Target's folder.
  3. The screen announces the number of prospects to import and the maximum cost of the evaluations.
  4. Click "Import".

After the import, each new prospect is queued for evaluation against the chosen Target. If you did not choose a Target, it is evaluated against your default Target. Each evaluation costs 2 credits, charged when it takes place. Evaluations above the daily cap are spread over the following days.

A large import runs in the background. "Stop the import" stops it at the end of the current page. The prospects already imported stay in your database.

Each import is limited by your plan: 1,000 prospects per import for Essai and Essentiel, 2,500 for Croissance, 5,000 for Équipe. Duplicates are ignored.

Available

Import a CSV file

  1. In "My database", click "Import CSV".
  2. Drop your .csv file (15 MB at most).
  3. Check "First row contains headers" if that is the case.
  4. Map each column to a field: "Full name", "Company", "LinkedIn URL", "Email", or "— Ignore —".
  5. Check the "Preview (first 5 rows)".
  6. Click "Import".

At a minimum, you need: a LinkedIn URL, or an e-mail, or a full name with the company. Duplicates are ignored. The final message gives the number imported, the duplicates and the invalid rows.

CSV import costs nothing. The imported prospects are queued for evaluation against your default Target, at 2 credits each. Without a default Target, no evaluation is started and the screen says so.

Available

Import the people who reacted to a post

From a LinkedIn post spotted by a watch, you can read up to 100 reactions and 100 comments, then import these people. Reading costs 5 credits. Importing is free. Each person evaluated against the chosen Target costs 2 credits. The steps are in Intelligence.

Queues

The "Queues" tab shows the evaluation queues. A queue is created when prospects are waiting to be evaluated against a Target: after an import, a bulk evaluation, or an Autopilot night. Each day, the platform evaluates a number of them limited by your plan's cap, never all at once.

For each queue, the screen shows:

  • its state: "Running", "Paused", "Finished" or "Cancelled";
  • its rank: the rank 1 queue goes first each day;
  • the prospects left and the expected end in days;
  • the credits already spent and those left to spend.

The actions:

  • "Pause": nothing more is evaluated or charged. "Resume" restarts it.
  • "Change target": the queue restarts on another Target.
  • "Cancel queue": permanent stop. The prospects already evaluated keep their score. Nothing is deleted from your database.

A queue also stops if its Target is archived, or if your plan allows no evaluation per day.

The "Last qualification pass" block, on the "Dashboard" and on the "Targets" screen, summarizes the last pass: prospects queued for evaluation, evaluated, in the Target, and measured cost. Its "History" button shows the previous passes.

History

The "History" tab keeps your searches:

  • "Recent": your latest searches. The list is pruned automatically.
  • "Saved": your named searches. They stay until you delete them.

Each search shows its origin: "Manual", "Pasted URL" or "AI Agent". "Show this search's filters" shows its criteria. "Run again" replays it in the "Search" tab. "Delete" removes it; the prospects already imported stay in your database.

The "Autopilot" badge marks the search that Autopilot replays. Deleting it disarms Autopilot.

The prospect record

The record opens with "Open profile". It shows the date added, the prospect's Targets and their best score. It has five tabs.

"Profile"

  • "Full profile (LinkedIn)" fetches the detailed profile: current role, location, industry, about, experience, education, skills, languages, contact details.
  • "Refresh profile" reads the profile again from LinkedIn. It costs no credits, but it counts against your daily profile-read budget.
  • When the day's budget is used up, the screen says so and the record shows what is already in the database. "Fetch anyway" is possible up to the account's absolute cap. It costs no credits, but it increases the risk for the LinkedIn account.

"Scores"

For each Target, the tab shows the score out of 10 and the date. The "Criteria grid" scores five criteria from 0 to 2:

  • "Company type"
  • "Decision level"
  • "Domain expertise"
  • "Theme alignment"
  • "Operational complexity"

It also shows the "Persona", the "Primary angle", the "Risk to validate" and the "Relevance signals". The "Score (AI · Target)" button starts an evaluation. See Targets and qualification.

"Analysis"

"Analyse profile" reads the profile already stored, without calling LinkedIn. The cost is shown on the button. The analysis gives the "Approach angles", the "Hooks", the "Interests", the "Evidence" (each claim with its quote from the profile) and "What the profile does not say". The profile must have been fetched first.

"Publications"

"Load posts" reads the prospect's recent posts on LinkedIn. Each load costs 5 credits. The account has a daily cap of LinkedIn post reads, from 100 to 400 depending on your plan (see Limits and security).

"Timeline"

The prospect's activity on the channels: messages received and sent.

Direct interactions

The "Interactions" block lets you act on LinkedIn from the record: "Invite", "Message", "InMail", "React", "Comment". Each action requires a confirmation. The result shows "Sent" when the action went out.

  • The invitation note is at most 200 characters on a standard account, 300 with Premium or Sales Navigator. Above that, the invitation is refused.
  • "React" and "Comment" apply to a post loaded in the "Publications" tab.

Mark a prospect as opted out

A person who asks not to be contacted again must be marked as opted out.

  1. On the record, click "Mark as opted out".
  2. Choose the "Origin": "The person asked for it", "Team decision" or "Other".
  3. Add a "Reason" if needed.
  4. Click "Confirm opt-out".

After that, no message goes to this person on any channel. Their running campaigns stop. They no longer appear in the prospect lists. You can reply once to their last message in the Inbox; no follow-up will go out.

The opt-out can only be lifted if the person asks for it. The "Lift the opt-out" button requires a reason, which is kept with your name and the date. The "Active opt-outs" list is in "Workspace settings", "Opt-outs" section. See Account and team.
