Credits and subscription
The platform works with a monthly plan and credits. The plan sets your caps (Targets, team members, import, qualification, LinkedIn activity) and the credits included each month. Credits pay for the actions that make the AI work or that read LinkedIn for you.
One credit is worth one euro cent. The cost of a paid action is shown before you start it. Plan prices exclude VAT. The subscription is paid by card.
1. The plans
Available
| Essai | Essentiel | Croissance | Équipe | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Price excl. VAT | €0 | €99 per month | €199 per month | €399 per month |
| Duration | 7 days | Monthly | Monthly | Monthly |
| Included credits | 2,000 (once) | 2,000 per month | 6,000 per month | 15,000 per month |
| Active Targets | 3 | 3 | 10 | 25 |
| Team members | 2 | 2 | 5 | 10 |
| Prospects imported per batch | 1,000 | 1,000 | 2,500 | 5,000 |
| Qualifications per day | 100 | 100 | 250 | 500 |
| LinkedIn calls per day, per LinkedIn account | 200 | 200 | 400 | 600 |
| Post reads per day, per LinkedIn account | 100 | 150 | 250 | 400 |
| Connectable channels | LinkedIn, e-mail | LinkedIn, e-mail | LinkedIn, e-mail | LinkedIn, e-mail, WhatsApp |
All plans give access to the same features. They differ in their caps and included credits.
The Essai (trial) plan is assigned when a workspace is created. You cannot choose it on the "Subscription" screen.
The "Subscription" screen shows your workspace's plans and your current caps.
The Target cap counts active Targets: an archived Target does not count. The team member cap counts members and pending invitations. These two caps apply at creation: an item already created above the cap is kept.
LinkedIn calls and post reads are counted per connected LinkedIn account. A post read also counts as a LinkedIn call. See Limits and security.
Connecting a mailbox or WhatsApp is possible depending on the plan. Sending by e-mail and by WhatsApp is planned (Planned). Today, campaigns and the Inbox use LinkedIn.
The service is for businesses only. The terms of sale are in the terms of sale (CGV).
2. The price of each action
Available
| Action | Where | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Draft a post | Publish | 15 credits |
| Revise a post | Publish | 15 credits |
| Suggest a post series plan | Assistant, "Publish" tab | 15 credits |
| Evaluate (score) a prospect against a Target | Prospects, Targets, Autopilot, campaigns | 2 credits per prospect and per Target |
| Draft a campaign text (message, follow-up, invitation note, comment) | Campaigns: rehearsal, preparation, regeneration | 3 credits per text |
| Suggest a reply, a time or a follow-up | Inbox | 3 credits |
| Proofread my draft | Inbox | 3 credits |
| See a prospect's recent posts | Prospect record | 5 credits |
| See who reacted to or commented on a post | Intelligence, Prospects | 5 credits |
| Read the LinkedIn sources of a watch | Intelligence, per run | 5 credits |
| Watch report | Intelligence, per run with signals | 20 credits |
| Search for a LinkedIn author for a watch | Intelligence | 5 credits |
Evaluating a prospect against three Targets counts as three evaluations, so 6 credits.
An action that fails is not charged. A text already drafted and replayed (for example in a second rehearsal) is not charged again.
3. What is free
Available
These actions cost no credits:
- creating and editing campaigns, Targets, watches, views and saved searches;
- importing prospects (CSV, search results, people who reacted to a post);
- running a LinkedIn search. It uses the account's search line budget, not credits (see Limits and security);
- fetching a prospect's LinkedIn profile. This action uses one of the day's profile reads;
- analyses of a profile already fetched (approach angles, interests);
- "Draft with AI" and "Suggest my Targets" on the "Targets" screen, the AI review of a Target, suggesting a step instruction;
- sending an invitation, a message or a reply, visiting a profile, liking a post;
- scheduling and publishing a post;
- reading your LinkedIn posts, their comments and reactions, commenting and reacting from "Publish";
- reading the Inbox, syncing it, summarizing a thread, using saved replies.
4. The wallet and the usage history
Available
The "Wallet" screen shows your balance, lot by lot. Each lot shows its origin: "plan included", "purchased", "complimentary", "partner" or "adjustment", and its expiry date if it has one.
The "Usage" section of "Workspace settings" shows:
- your plan and your balance;
- "Today's evaluations";
- the "Usage history": each action that charged credits, what it applied to, who started it, the number of credits and the date.
The history lists only completed actions that actually charged credits. Its total can therefore differ from the wallet balance.
With the assistant
The assistant reads the current prices and your history. It prices an action before it starts it. Example ("Command" tab):
Give me a costed plan before you act.
5. Monthly renewal
Available
On the Essentiel, Croissance and Équipe plans, the platform adds the plan's included credit lot every calendar month. The month's lot is added to the existing lots.
The Essai plan is not renewed.
6. Subscribe to a plan by card
Available
Card payment goes through Stripe, our payment provider. Only an owner or an administrator of the workspace can subscribe.
To subscribe:
- Open the "Subscription" screen.
- Under the plan you want, click "Pay by card". The Stripe payment page opens.
- Enter your company's legal name and the full billing address. Both are required: they appear on your invoices.
- Enter your card. Prepaid cards are refused.
- If you have a promotion code, enter it (see section 7).
- Confirm the payment. You come back to the "Subscription" screen, which shows "Payment received". The plan opens within a few seconds, once Stripe confirms the payment.
Subscribe during the trial. You can subscribe before the trial ends. Your card is then charged at the end of the trial, and the subscription starts on that date. You keep the trial until then. If less than about two days of trial remain, the card is charged right away.
The subscription renews every month. The card is charged on each renewal date. An invoice is issued for each payment.
7. Promotion codes
Available
A promotion code gives a discount on the subscription. You enter it on the Stripe payment page, with "Add promotion code", when you subscribe.
Rules:
- a promotion code applies to subscriptions only, not to credit top-ups;
- your card is requested even if the code covers the whole first month: it is used for the following months;
- the length of the discount depends on the code, for example the first month free.
A promotion code is not a voucher code. A voucher code is entered in Maya Reach, on the "Subscription" screen (see section 11).
8. VAT
Available
The prices shown exclude VAT. Stripe calculates VAT at payment time, based on the country of your billing address:
- company established in France: French VAT at 20%;
- company established in another European Union country, with a verified intra-EU VAT number: invoice without VAT, under the reverse charge. You declare and pay the VAT in your country.
Enter your intra-EU VAT number
An owner or an admin of the workspace enters the number on the "Subscription" screen, in the "EU VAT number" block:
- Enter the full number, including the country prefix (for example
DE123456789). For Greece, the prefix isEL. Spaces and dots are accepted. - Click "Verify". Maya Reach checks the number with the European Commission's VIES service.
- The block shows the number, its status and the date of the check.
The three statuses:
- "Verified": VIES confirms the number. For a company established in the EU outside France, the next invoices are issued without VAT, under the reverse charge.
- "Not verified": VIES did not answer. The block gives the reason. Click "Verify" again later. Until then, French VAT applies.
- "Invalid": VIES does not know this number. Check what you entered. French VAT applies.
A number from outside the European Union, or a malformed number, is refused and not saved.
A French number is checked like the others, but it does not remove VAT: a sale to a company established in France includes French VAT.
Only a verified number is sent to Stripe. Enter it before you subscribe if you can. If you already have a subscription, the verified number applies to the next invoices. "Remove the number" deletes it from Maya Reach and from Stripe: the next invoices include French VAT.
A workspace member sees the number and its status, but cannot change it.
9. Manage my subscription
Available
When a card subscription is active, the "Subscription" screen shows the "Card subscription" block: the plan, the status and the "End of current period".
"Manage my subscription" opens the Stripe customer portal. There you can:
- change your card;
- view and download your invoices;
- change the billing address and name;
- change plan (see section 12);
- cancel the subscription.
Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. You keep your plan until that date. The month already started is not refunded. You can also cancel from the "Subscription" screen: click "Cancel at the end of the period", then "Confirm cancellation". The screen then shows "Cancellation scheduled on" followed by the date. On that date, without a new subscription, the workspace is closed (see section 13).
Only an owner or an administrator of the workspace can manage the subscription.
10. Top up credits
Available
A top-up buys extra credits without changing plan. The top-up packages (number of credits and price) are set by the platform and shown in "Top up". If there are none, the screen shows "No top-up package is available right now."
Purchased credits are valid for 365 days from the purchase.
By card. In "Wallet", "Top up" section, click "Pay by card" under the package you want. As for the subscription, the Stripe payment page asks for the legal name and the billing address. The credits reach the wallet a few seconds after the payment. A top-up does not accept a promotion code.
By bank transfer:
- Open "Wallet", "Top up" section.
- Choose a package.
- Click "Request this top-up".
- Follow the instructions in "How to pay".
- The credits are added once the platform has recorded your payment.
Rules:
- only an owner or an administrator of the workspace can top up;
- only one bank-transfer request can be pending at a time. "Cancel request" withdraws it;
- a closed workspace cannot top up. You must first subscribe to a plan (see section 13).
11. Voucher codes
Available
A voucher code is given for a beta, a partnership or a demonstration. It opens a plan for a set period, or credits your wallet, or both.
To use a code:
- Open "Subscription".
- In "I have a code", enter the "Voucher code".
- Click "Apply the code".
Only an owner or an administrator of the workspace can apply a code. A given code applies only once per workspace.
12. Change plan
Available
Move to a higher plan with a card subscription. On the "Subscription" screen, click "Switch to …" under the plan you want. The change takes effect right away: Stripe invoices the difference, prorated over the current period. The new plan opens as soon as this invoice is paid. Meanwhile, the screen shows "Plan change sent".
If a cancellation is scheduled, first resume the subscription in "Manage my subscription", then change plan.
Move to a higher plan without a card subscription. Click "Pay by card" under the plan you want (see section 6). A plan also opens with an invoice paid and recorded by the platform, or with a voucher code.
Move to a lower plan. On the "Subscription" screen, click "Switch to …" under the plan you want. The confirmation window shows what you lose and the effective date: immediately, or at the end of your paid period. Credits already granted stay yours. A scheduled change can be cancelled with "Cancel this change" as long as it has not taken effect.
Only an owner or an administrator of the workspace can change plan.
13. The 7-day trial and the workspace closing
Available
A new workspace starts on the Essai plan: 7 days and 2,000 credits, with no card required. The trial counts from the creation of the workspace. For a workspace created without an invitation, the time spent waiting for approval by the Maya Reach team is included in these 7 days (see Getting started).
Three days before the end of the trial, the workspace owners and administrators receive an e-mail. The same reminder is sent three days before the end of a paid subscription period.
On day 8, if no plan has been subscribed, the workspace is closed. It is also closed when a paid period ends without renewal, for example after a cancellation. A banner says so: "Your trial has ended" or "Your subscription has expired".
What still works in a closed workspace:
- you can view all your data: prospects, Targets, campaigns, conversations, history;
- new LinkedIn messages keep arriving in the Inbox;
- the "Subscription" screen stays open so you can subscribe to a plan or enter a code.
What is stopped:
- all sending: campaigns, replies, posts. Scheduled posts will go out late, after the workspace reopens;
- every action that writes or consumes: drafting, qualification, import, search, profile read, rehearsal, assistant.
Nothing is charged while the workspace is closed.
What reopens the workspace:
- payment of a plan, by card or recorded by the platform;
- a voucher code that opens a plan.
A credit top-up does not reopen the workspace. It is also refused while the workspace is closed.
See also Getting started for creating the workspace and the first sign-in.
