FAQ and glossary
This chapter answers the most common questions about the platform, then defines the terms used on screen. Each answer points to the chapter that covers the topic in detail.
1. Frequently asked questions
Qualification and prospects
Does a well-qualified prospect have a confirmed need? Not necessarily. The platform measures how well a prospect matches the criteria of your Targets. The same prospect can be evaluated against several Targets; the best match is highlighted. The reasons stay available. Need, budget and timing become clear in the conversation: qualification guarantees neither a meeting nor a contract. See Targets and qualification.
Do I need to have Sales Navigator already? No. You can search for prospects with a classic LinkedIn account or with Sales Navigator. The type of search depends on the account you connect. A Sales Navigator account gives a higher search and profile read budget. See Prospects and Limits and security.
Can I find prospects from the reactions to a post? Yes. From a LinkedIn post found by a watch, you can see the people who reacted or commented (5 credits), then import the ones you choose. You then qualify them against your Target. A reaction shows interest in a piece of content, not necessarily a business need. See Intelligence.
What does the Autopilot do? The Autopilot feeds your database every night from the search linked to a Target, and has the new profiles evaluated. Only one Target per workspace can be on Autopilot at a time. Campaigns follow their own steps and rules. A campaign can automatically take in the leads that the Autopilot qualifies ("Automatic admission" setting). See Autopilot and Campaigns.
Campaigns and sending
Do my campaigns really send on LinkedIn? Yes. Campaign steps go out from your connected LinkedIn account, within the send window and the account's limits. The same applies to direct actions from a prospect record, Inbox replies, post publishing, and comments and reactions on your own posts.
Can I review messages before they are sent? Yes. The rehearsal shows the exact text that would go out, without sending anything. The "Approval required" mode holds each text in the "To approve" queue until you approve it. You can also pause a campaign at any time. See Campaigns.
Can the assistant send messages without me? No. Each assistant action that reaches a person shows an "Approval required" card. Nothing goes out until you click "Approve". The assistant's "Campaigns" tab cannot activate a campaign. See The assistant.
What happens when a prospect replies? They leave all the sequences that target them. Their conversation appears in the Inbox, in the "To reply" filter. See Inbox.
How many people can I invite per day? 15 per day on a classic LinkedIn account, 25 on a Premium or Sales Navigator account, and 100 per week. In the first weeks after the account is connected, the limit rises in steps: 5, then 10, then 15 per day. See Limits and security.
Is my LinkedIn account at risk of being restricted? The platform applies cautious limits per account: invitations, messages, profile reads, searches. It acts within a send window and spaces actions irregularly. These rules reduce the risk. LinkedIn does not publish its thresholds: no tool can guarantee that an account will never be restricted. See Limits and security.
Why is a step marked "Skipped"? The step did not apply to this person. Examples: no recent post to comment on, person already connected, invitation already pending. The person moves to the next step. The reason is shown in the lead journey. See Campaigns.
Can I send e-mails or WhatsApp messages? Not yet. Sending by e-mail and by WhatsApp is planned. Today, campaigns and the Inbox use LinkedIn.
How do I stop contacting a person who asks me to? Mark them as opted out from the conversation or their prospect record. No more messages go out to them, on any channel, and their campaigns stop. See Inbox and Limits and security.
Publishing and Intelligence
Can I create posts from my Intelligence watches? Yes. A trend found by a watch is a starting point: "Suggest a post" opens "Publish" with a pre-filled instruction. Add your expertise, have the draft written, review it, then schedule it. Prospecting campaigns follow their own steps. See Publish and Intelligence.
Does a scheduled post go out on its own? Yes. At the chosen time, the platform publishes the post on your LinkedIn account. "Unschedule" turns it back into a draft. See Publish.
Credits, plan and account
How do credits work? One credit is worth one euro cent. Credits are shared between the paid actions: qualification, drafting texts and posts, watch reports, some LinkedIn reads. The cost is shown before you start. Evaluating a prospect against three Targets counts as three evaluations. Your usage stays available in "Workspace settings", "Usage" section. See Credits and subscription.
How do I open an account? Sign-up is open. Create an account from the "Create an account" page and accept the terms of sale and the terms of use. A workspace created without an invitation waits for approval by the Maya Reach team. An invited person does not wait. See Getting started.
What can I try before paying? A new workspace starts on the Essai (trial) plan: 7 days and 2,000 credits, with the same features as the paid plans and lower caps. No card is required. The 7 days count from the creation of the workspace. See Getting started.
How much do the plans cost? Essentiel costs €99, Croissance €199 and Équipe €399 per month, excluding VAT. VAT is calculated at payment time. See Credits and subscription.
How do I pay for my subscription? By card, through Stripe. On the "Subscription" screen, click "Pay by card" under the plan you want. Your company's legal name and the full billing address are required. If you subscribe during the trial, your card is charged at the end of the trial. See Credits and subscription.
Where do I enter a promotion code? On the Stripe payment page, with "Add promotion code", when you subscribe. A promotion code applies to subscriptions only, not to credit top-ups. A voucher code is different: you enter it on the "Subscription" screen.
How do I change card, download an invoice or cancel? Click "Manage my subscription" on the "Subscription" screen. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. The month already started is not refunded. See Credits and subscription.
What happens at the end of the trial? Three days before the end, owners and administrators receive an e-mail. On day 8, without a paid plan, the workspace is closed: your data stays available and LinkedIn messages keep arriving, but sending and paid actions stop. Paying for a plan or a voucher code reopens the workspace. See Credits and subscription.
Does a credit top-up reopen my closed workspace? No. Only paying for a plan, or a voucher code that opens a plan, reopens the workspace.
Can I invite my colleagues? The number of team members depends on your plan: 2, 5 or 10. There is no invitation screen in your workspace yet: ask the platform team for the invitation. See Account and team.
Can other customers see my data? No. Each workspace has its own data, and the separation applies on every read and every write. See Limits and security.
Can I put the application in my colors? Yes. The "Brand" section of "Workspace settings" sets the name, logo, colors and corner rounding for the whole workspace. See Account and team.
Can I use the application in English? Yes. You set the language (French or English) in "My profile", "General" section. It is saved on your account and applies on all your devices.
