Account and team

Your settings are split across two pages:

  • "My profile": your personal settings (identity, security, social networks, language and theme). To open it, choose "My profile" in your account menu.
  • "Workspace settings": the workspace settings (company profile, brand, instructions given to the AI, usage). To open it, choose "Workspace settings" in the sidebar, "Configuration" group.

On a computer, the sections of each page are listed on the left. On a phone, they show as tabs at the top of the page. This chapter describes each section, workspaces and member roles.

2. Workspaces

Available

A workspace groups a team, its prospects, its Targets, its campaigns, its LinkedIn account and its credits. The data of one workspace is not visible from another.

The same person can belong to several workspaces. The "Workspaces" menu in the sidebar lets you switch from one to another.

Create a workspace. In the "Workspaces" menu, click "Create a workspace". The new workspace starts on the 7-day Essai (trial) plan (see Credits and subscription).

Default workspace. This is the workspace opened at sign-in. To choose it, open the workspace you want, then "Workspace settings", "Workspace" section, "Default workspace" block. Without a choice, the application opens the first workspace in alphabetical order.

Rename the workspace. "Workspace" section, "Workspace name" field, then "Save". Only the owner can do this. The short identifier (slug) never changes. Renaming the workspace does not change the brand: the brand is set in the "Brand" section.

Archive the workspace. "Workspace" section, "Archive this workspace" section. The workspace disappears from your switchers and is no longer reachable. Nothing is deleted: credits, history and logs stay in the database. Only the owner can archive. Archiving is refused:

  • while a channel (LinkedIn, e-mail, WhatsApp) is connected, because the provider keeps billing a linked account. Disconnect your channels first;
  • if it is your last active workspace.

4. Invite a team member

Planned

There is no screen yet to invite a team member from your workspace. Ask the platform team for the invitation.

What already applies:

  • the invited person receives a link valid for 7 days;
  • the number of team members is limited by your plan: 2, 5 or 10 depending on the plan. The cap counts members and pending invitations.

5. Connect and manage the LinkedIn account

Available

The "Social networks" section is where you connect your accounts. The connection goes through a secure connection wizard that opens in a new tab. See Getting started for the first connection.

Actions available on a connected account:

  • "Reconnect": restores an account whose connection is degraded, without setting everything up again;
  • "Disconnect": pauses the account. It stays connected at the provider, which keeps billing it. You can resume it later;
  • "Delete": permanently deletes the account at the provider. This action cannot be undone: only a new connection can link this LinkedIn account again.

The "My LinkedIn account" section shows, after "Refresh": the account type (Premium, Sales Navigator, Recruiter), the state of the Sales Navigator session, the number of connections and followers, the InMail credits. Refreshing costs no credits.

The "Daily budgets" section shows the account's invitation and message limits and whether invitations with a note are allowed. See Limits and security.

6. The workspace brand

Available

The "Brand" section customizes the application for all members of the workspace:

  • "Brand name", and the option "Show the name next to the logo";
  • "Logo": PNG, JPG or WebP, 256 KB at most. It replaces the default logo in the sidebar;
  • "Primary color" (buttons, links, active states) and "Neutral color" (backgrounds and borders). The light and dark range is generated automatically;
  • "Corner radius".

The "Live preview" shows the result before saving. Click "Save" to apply. "Reset" goes back to the default values.

7. AI agent instructions

Available

The "AI agents" section lists the platform's AI writers. For each one, you can add your own instructions. They are added to the platform's instructions, without replacing them. The instructions of a campaign step are added after that.

WriterWhat it does
Invitation note (Note d'invitation)Drafts the note of a LinkedIn connection request (300 characters at most).
Direct message (Message direct)Drafts a message to an existing connection.
InMailDrafts an InMail to a prospect outside your network.
Comment (Commentaire)Drafts a comment on a prospect's post.
Enrichment (Enrichissement)Summarizes and analyzes a LinkedIn profile from the recorded information.
Message reply (Réponse à un message)Suggests a reply to a message received in the Inbox.
Editorial correction (Correction éditoriale)Corrects an already drafted text when a check has found a defect (words run together, agreement, phrasing).

To add an instruction:

  1. Open "Workspace settings", "AI agents" section.
  2. For the writer you want, write in "Your instructions". Example: "Use a direct tone, avoid superlatives."
  3. Click "Save".

"View platform prompt" shows the platform's instructions, read-only. An empty text clears your instructions.

8. Agent tools

Available

The "Agent tools" section lists everything the assistant can do, tab by tab (Publish, Campaigns, Search, Command, Inbox, Intelligence). Each tool carries a marker:

  • "read": the tool reads, it does not act;
  • "write": the tool changes your data in the platform, nothing goes out;
  • "outward": the tool reaches a person. It always asks for your approval;
  • "approval required": the tool shows a card that you must approve;
  • "not included in your plan": the tool is not open to your workspace.

See The assistant for how to phrase a request.

9. Usage

Available

The "Usage" section shows your plan, your balance, the evaluations done today and the "Usage history". See Credits and subscription.

10. The danger zone

Available

"Flush the lead base" archives all active leads of the workspace. Nothing is erased. "Show archived" then "Restore" bring them back at any time.

To flush the base:

  1. Open "Workspace settings", "Danger zone" section.
  2. Click "Flush the base".
  3. Type the word FLUSH to confirm.

Archiving the workspace is in the "Workspace" section (see section 2).
