Overview of Maya Reach
Maya Reach is a B2B prospecting platform for LinkedIn. It helps you find the right people, judge whether they match your offers, then contact them and follow the conversations. An assistant lets you do this work in natural language.
What the platform does
Maya Reach connects five tasks in one workspace:
- Find prospects. You search for people or companies on LinkedIn, with your standard LinkedIn account or with Sales Navigator. You import the results into your database.
- Qualify. You describe your ideal customer for each offer. Each description is called a Target. The platform scores each prospect out of 10 against a Target and explains the score.
- Contact. You build LinkedIn campaigns: profile visit, like, comment, invitation, message, follow-up. You review the texts before they are sent.
- Publish. You write and schedule your LinkedIn posts to stay visible to your market.
- Follow the market. You create watches on your topics. The platform spots trends and the posts that get reactions.
Your prospects' replies arrive in a shared inbox, the Inbox.

Who it is for
The platform is for teams that sell consulting or services to other companies:
- consulting firms;
- agencies;
- freelancers;
- small B2B sales teams.
It is useful when you sell several offers to different audiences. The same prospect can match one offer and not another. The platform keeps one score per Target and highlights the best match.

The three-step method
- Link your offers to your ideal customers. Create one Target per offer or per segment: industry, role, company size, criteria that exclude. Have your prospects scored against each Target to compare how relevant they are. See Targets and qualification.
- Organize your acquisition and your visibility. Choose your searches, your watch topics and your campaigns. Prepare the messages and posts that support your expertise with this audience. See Prospects, Intelligence and Publish.
- Turn on the routines and continue the conversations. Set up Autopilot, the campaigns and the publishing calendar. When a prospect replies, take over in the Inbox. See Autopilot, Campaigns and Inbox.
The guarantees
- You review before sending. You can read and edit each text before a campaign starts. A campaign can require your approval for each send.
- Nothing goes to a person without your consent. When the assistant proposes an action that affects a real person, it shows an "Approval required" card. Nothing happens until you click "Approve".
- Follow-ups stop when the prospect replies. A sequence stops when the prospect replies, so you can continue the conversation yourself.
- The pace protects your LinkedIn account. Each account has daily caps on invitations, messages and profile reads. Sends go out within a time window that you set. See Limits and security.
- Costs are shown before the action. A paid action shows its price in credits before it starts. One credit is worth one euro cent. Your balance and your history remain available. See Credits and subscription.
- The figures come from the platform. The assistant does not give figures from memory. Each number it quotes comes from a tool card that you can open.
- Your data stays in your workspace. Each workspace is isolated from the others.
